Shipping Options:

FREE Delivery within Milton, Ontario Boundaries
Place your online order of $35 dollars or more and receive FREE local delivery. Any order less then $35 dollars are subject to a $1 dollar delivery fee.

Curbside Pickup
Place your online order and select curbside pickup as your shipping method. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for pick up. Arrive at our store and call Tel: 905 699 6682 and let us know you are here. We will bring the order out to you.

Instore Pick UP
Place your online order and select Instore Pick Up as your shipping method. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready. When you arrive at our store simply give your name and your order will be ready for you.

Ontario & Quebec 
Orders $70.00 or more receive Free Shipping.
Orders less then $70.00 receive flat rate fee of $10.00

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta, P.E.I. New Foundland & Labrador
Orders $90.00 or more receive Free Shipping.
Orders less then $90.00 receive flat rate fee of $15.00


Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday not including holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.


All orders are shipped through standard shipping.

Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba 2-3 days

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan 4-5 days

British Columbia, Alberta, P.E.I. New Foundland, & Labrador 6-7 days

 

Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

A supply of goods purchased online longer then 60 days.

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
