Grown in Ontario's short growing season and tremendously hot, we layer in diverse flavour to bring you a reaper sauce that burns and tastes well. A traditional carolina sauce, it's vinegar, peppers, garlic and some spices.
Designed to burn slow like a shot of whiskey you first taste the celery seed and roasted garlic then the burn kicks in when it gets to your chest.
It works great as a pouring sauce and pairs perfectly with ribs, wings and anything that needs some sharp fire!
